Tickets issued by Ceredigion Museum are sold subject to the following terms and conditions of sale:
Your Tickets
Ceredigion Museum reserves the right to limit the number of tickets on sale to individuals.
Tickets are non-transferable and may not be sold on for commercial gain.
Ceredigion Museum accepts no liability for lost, stolen or damaged tickets.
Tickets can be bought online and printed at home, scanned from mobile devices or purchased direct from Ceredigion Museum Box Office and Shop, located alongside Ceredigion Tourist Information Centre.
Refunds and Exchanges
With proof of purchase Ceredigion Museum is happy to refund or exchange your unwanted ticket any time until the day of the event.
Concessions
As a guide, the rate is available for: 65+ in full time retirement, Under 16s, full time students, unwaged, those in receipt of working tax credits and disabled people. Concession rates can vary and we are not always able to offer concession for every event.
Only one concession applies per ticket. Proof of eligibility may be requested at time of purchase and/or on the day of the performance. Please inform our Box Office if you are entitled to a concession at the time of booking, as concessionary rates cannot be applied retrospectively.
Restrictions
Some performances or events may have age restrictions, please check for any restrictions prior to purchasing your tickets.
All drinks and snacks must be bought at Ceredigion Museum’s licensed bar or at the Coliseum Coffee House.
Your Visit
Whilst we try our best to admit latecomers during a suitable break in the performance, late admission cannot always be guaranteed.
Security searches may be carried out at certain performances and events.
Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult. In the interest of all our patrons, please note that children and school groups are the responsibility of their parent, guardians, teachers or carers, who should ensure appropriate behaviour in all areas of the building.
By entering our venue you give your consent to being photographed or filmed as a member of the audience. This may be used for future promotional activity.
Ceredigion Museum can not accept responsibility for personal property brought on to the premises.
The use of cameras, recording equipment and mobile telephones is strictly prohibited in the auditoria.
CCTV is in operation throughout Ceredigion Museum for the purpose of crime prevention and detection.

Gift Vouchers - Conditions of use
- Gift vouchers can only be redeemed against products for sale at the Ceredigion Museum Shop & Tourist Information Centre. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed at the Coliseum Café as it is an independent business.
- Gift vouchers will expire 12 months after the date of issue, even if the balance remains unused. Gift vouchers presented after their expiry date will be treated as void and are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
- Ceredigion Museum Shop & Tourist Information Centre will not be held responsible if vouchers are lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
- If your purchase exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the balance must be paid by cash or debit/credit card.
- Multiple gift vouchers may be redeemed in the same transaction up to the value of the goods being purchased.
- Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Unwanted gift vouchers cannot be returned and are not refundable.
- Ceredigion Museum Shop and Tourist Information Centre reserves the right to refuse to accept a gift voucher which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise is suspected to be affected from fraud.
